The study of elastic properties of carbyne method of molecular dynamics

We study the mechanical properties of the carbine. The model is the seven chain length of 13 nm. They are subjected to tension with temperature 300 K. Results on the change in the bond lengths, calculated Young's modulus of 28.5 TPa (with effective mechanical thickness of 4 A).
