I discuss three examples of computer simulations of electrical activity of the heart. Firstly, the phenomena of graded propagation and vulnerability are studied in simulations and in the experiment. Secondly, a detailed model of a single SAN cell and the effect of ACh and of vagal stimulations is discussed. Thirdly, an example of simulations of excitation propagation in a 3D model of canine ventricles is presented.
