Conference publicationsIndex method of a complex quantitative estimation of quality of complex objectsRussia, Tver In this article two new forms of polar indexes are considered: sedate and sign with reference to objects distinguished from traditional objects of the theory of indexes - of set of the prices and amounts. The polar indexes are tested according to tradition by the Fisher’s tests. Alongside with well-known axioms the test of adequacy is formulated and checked up. Is shown, that if the test is not carried out generally, it, probably, is carried out in one of special cases. The carried out analysis has illustrated lacks of the list of the basic characteristics of region accepted on today with statistical bodies. The opportunities of polar indexes as quantitative characteristic for acceptance of the decisions are shown in the field of management of complex socio-economic systems. |
