On sufficient solvability conditions for the class of Neumann problems for polyharmonic equation

Using elements of an integer Neumann triangle, the necessary and sufficient solvability conditions for a class of Neumann type boundary value problems for the homogeneous polyharmonic equation in a unit ball are obtained.
